IKORI is a luxury brand offering high-quality, stylish apparel for men and women. We focus on creating timeless pieces with elevated designs and premium materials. Our collections include t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and more, with a vision to blend casual fashion with luxury aesthetics.
2. Where is IKORI based?
IKORI is based in British Columbia, Canada and we operate under a registered BC Business License. Our brand is proud to offer high-end fashion made with precision and care.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Canada & U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days

International Orders: 8-15 business days
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website for real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
If you haven't received your tracking number after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ikori.ca.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. For international shipping, fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Limited Edition products are Final Sale and non-returnable. Due to their exclusive nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
8. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ikori.ca. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.
9. How do I care for my IKORI apparel?
To maintain the quality of your garments:

Wash in cold water with similar colours.

Do not bleach.

Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry to avoid shrinkage.
For more specific care instructions, please refer to the tags on your garments.
10. What if my item is defective or damaged?
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at support@ikori.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer IKORI gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them by going on our website. Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and can be used toward any product on our site.
12. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@ikori.ca if you need assistance with an order.
